When looking for Real Estate in San Luis Obispo County, you are going to find that while the Central Coast is relatively small, it is very diverse. Up above Cuesta Grade in the North County there is Atascadero, Templeton, Paso Robles, Santa Margarita and San Miguel. Temperatures are a little warmer and the area has a more rural feel to it. Ocean recreation and beautiful views will draw you to this area. Oceano State Beach is the only beach to allow vehicular use in the state. Inland you have the hub of the County, the city of San Luis Obispo. Mild temperatures and a thriving downtown make this a favorite Central Coast destination. SLO also has the largest farmer's market in the US. Arroyo Grande is just a few minutes south off San Luis Obispo. The Old Village of Arroyo Grande offers the old time charm of many years ago. Further South is Nipomo, which has some of the best golf courses in the county. San Luis Obispo County has something for everyone and offers many opportunities for all types of home buyers and property investors.
